英國今年至今已經遭遇5次恐攻，造成36死，近200人受傷，極端組織伊斯蘭國(Islamic State)近期又發布疑似領導人巴格達迪(Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi)的一段錄音，呼籲追隨者發動更多攻擊。英國反恐部門發布最新影片，教導民眾遇到恐攻如何應變，而不是忙著在現場打卡拍照。
英國反恐警察部（Counter Terrorism Policing UK）28日在Youtube的官方反恐頻道發布影片，請名人教導「跑、躲、說」（run，hide，tell）保命3字訣，先逃在說，別留在現場忙著拍照。
這部宣傳影片請到英國冒險家吉羅斯（Bear Grylls）、奧運跆拳道金牌得主瓊斯（Jade Jones）與職業足球員瓦迪（Jamie Vardy） 等人拍攝，希望發揮名人效應，教導11至16歲青少年，如果不幸碰到歹徒持槍或持刀恐攻時，該如何應變。
本月15日，英國倫敦地鐵區域線（District Line）列車行經西倫敦的帕森綠地站（Parsons Green）時，放在列車尾端的桶子爆炸，造成30人受傷，是英國境內過去6個月內發生的第5起恐怖攻擊。
事件發生在上午8點多通勤尖峰時間，乘客紛紛倉皇奔逃，但是仍有人第一時間反應是拿起手機拍照錄影，事件才發生幾分鐘，網路就出現了目擊者上傳的照片。雖然這些影像可能有助於警方辦案，但是警方仍希望民眾遇到危險情況，絕對要先逃再說。
